# How to Buy LOW or SLOW

Before buying our token, you need to add Cronos Chain to Metamaks and add GAS Fee to your wallet.

## **Method 1**

## Method 2

1. Head on over to our [Home Page](https://www.lo-fi.club/)
2. There are 2 click-through links available – Buy LOW & Buy SLOW
3. Click on either one of those, and you'll be brought to[ MM Finance](https://mm.finance/swap)
4. Make sure the output currency is LOW / SLOW

## Method 3

1. Directly go to [MM Finance](https://mm.finance/swap)
2. **Copy & paste** LOW & SLOW contract address (Please refer to [Contracts Addresses](/docs/lo-fi/contracts-addresses.md)) in the output currency field

## Steps:

1. Input currency field is based on investors' available assets in Cronos Chain
2. Select the amount of LOW / SLOW want to be swapped
3. Click on "Approve" & sign the transaction
4. Click "Swap" & sign the transaction
5. LOW / SLOW balance should be shown in the wallet balance after successful swap transaction is successful

If LOW / SLOW balances are **not shown** in the **wallet balance**, add LOW & SLOW contract address to your wallet (Please refer to [How to IMPORT token to Metamask](/docs/lo-fi-guide/how-to-import-token-to-metamask.md)).

**Note:** The "Approve" transaction is **only** needed when you swap LOW & SLOW for the **first time**, subsequent swapping only requires you to perform the "Swap" transaction.
