# How to Earn SLOW

Provide LOW-CRO LP & SLOW-CRO LP on Lo-fi to earn Lo-fi Shares (SLOW)

There are **ONLY** 2 methods to earn SLOW:

* Provide LOW-CRO LP
* Provide SLOW-CRO LP

In order to provide LP, we have to:

1. Purchase either LOW and/or SLOW (Please refer to [How to Buy LOW or SLOW](/docs/lo-fi-guide/how-to-buy-low-or-slow.md) for more information & solution)
2. Purchase CRO

## Provide LOW-CRO LP

### I. Buy LOW

Please refer to [How to Buy LOW or SLOW](/docs/lo-fi-guide/how-to-buy-low-or-slow.md).

### II. Add Liquidity (MMF)

1. Go to[ ](https://vvs.finance/liquidity)<https://mm.finance/liquidity>
2. Click on "Add Liquidity"
3. Select LOW and CRO as Input (**Note:** You need to have the equivalent of your LOW value in CRO)
4. Press "MAX" on LOW
5. Click on “Approve”
6. Click on “Supply”

### III. Provide Liquidity (Lo-fi)

1. Go to [Farms Page](https://www.lo-fi.club/farms)
2. Connect wallet to Cronos Network
3. Choose a Liquidity Pool you want to add liquidity and click on "STAKE"
4. Click on "Approve" (First-time only)
5. Click on "+" button
6. Click "MAX"
7. Click on "Confirm" and sign the transaction

## Provide SLOW-CRO LP

### I. Buy SLOW

### II. Add Liquidity (MMF)

1. Go to[ ](https://vvs.finance/liquidity)<https://mm.finance/liquidity>
2. Click on "Add Liquidity"
3. Select SLOW and CRO as Input (**Note:** You need to have the equivalent of your SLOW value in CRO)
4. Press "MAX" on SLOW
5. Click on “Approve”
6. Click on “Supply”

### III. Provide Liquidity (Lo-fi)

1. Go to [Farms Page](https://www.lo-fi.club/farms)
2. Connect wallet to Cronos Network
3. Choose a Liquidity Pool you want to add liquidity and click on "STAKE"
4. Click on "Approve" (First-time only)
5. Click on "+" button
6. Click "MAX"
7. Click on "Confirm" and sign the transaction
